Effective date: August 22, 2026
Airlynk Parking is operated by JAX Parking Specialists LLC (“Airlynk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 1759 Airport Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218. We provide off-airport parking and shuttle service for travelers using Jacksonville International Airport (JAX).
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website (airlynkparking.com), our online booking, our parking lot and shuttle operations, and our text-message and email communications.
We’ve written this in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, contact us using the details at the end.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us when you book or contact us
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Vehicle license plate number
- Vehicle details (make/model/type or vehicle class)
- Booking and reservation details (entry and return dates, length of stay, booking reference)
- Any message you send through our contact form
Payment information
When you pay, your card details are handled directly by our third-party payment processors. Airlynk does not receive or store your full card number. For online bookings we may keep a secure payment token so we can process charges you’ve authorized (for example, an extended-stay charge) — but we never see or store your actual card number.
License plate / vehicle data at the lot
Our lot uses automated license plate recognition (LPR) cameras at the entry and exit lanes to match your vehicle to your reservation, open the gate, and record entry/exit times. (See Section 4.)
Information collected automatically on our website
Through cookies and analytics tools we collect technical information such as your approximate (IP-derived) location, pages you view, links you click, your browser/device type, and how you found our site. (See Section 6.)
2. How We Use Your Information
- Take and manage your parking reservation
- Match your vehicle to your booking and control lot access
- Process payments and, where authorized, extended-stay charges and refunds
- Send booking confirmations, shuttle/pickup notifications, reminders, and account or overstay alerts (by text and email)
- Provide customer support and answer your questions
- Operate, secure, and improve our lot, shuttle, and website
- Keep records for accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes
- Comply with applicable law
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Text Messages (SMS)
When you provide your mobile number and complete a booking, you may receive text messages from Airlynk Parking about your reservation — booking confirmations, shuttle pickup and return notifications, reminders, and extended-stay or account alerts. These messages are sent through a third-party text-messaging provider on our behalf.
- Consent: You consent to receive these reservation-related (transactional) messages when you give us your mobile number and complete a booking.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
- Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
We use your mobile number for these service messages only and do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
4. License Plate Recognition (LPR) at the Lot
Our lot uses an automated license plate recognition (LPR) system at the entry and exit lanes. When your vehicle enters or leaves, the system reads your plate, matches it to your reservation, opens the gate, and records the time.
We use LPR data only to operate and secure the lot — controlling access, matching vehicles to reservations, preventing unauthorized parking, verifying paid stays at exit, and resolving disputes. We do not sell LPR data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that operate our gate and reservation systems on our behalf, or where required by law.
5. Payment Processing
- Online bookings are processed by a third-party online payment processor.
- Exit-lane kiosk payments are processed by a third-party kiosk payment processor.
Both are PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Your card information is collected and processed directly by them; Airlynk does not store your full card number. Refunds for online payments are processed back through the original payment processor.
6. Cookies & Website Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies on airlynkparking.com. Cookies are small files stored on your device that help the site work and help us understand how it’s used.
Types of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to function (security, load handling, and remembering your cookie choices). These are always active.
- Analytics / performance cookies — set by third-party analytics tools to measure how visitors use the site (approximate IP-derived location, pages viewed, browsing behavior, device/browser type). These help us improve the site and are only set with your consent.
Cookie consent
When you first visit our site, a cookie-consent banner lets you Accept or Decline non-essential (analytics) cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the site can’t work without them; analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the site footer.
Your other choices
- Control or block cookies through your browser settings.
- Decline analytics cookies at any time through our cookie banner.

- Our license plate recognition / gate-control provider — for entry/exit and matching vehicles to reservations at the lot

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our customers, staff, or the public.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
8. How Long We Keep Your Information (Data Retention)
- Booking and payment records: approximately 7 years, to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements and to resolve disputes or chargebacks.
- License plate (LPR) entry/exit records: approximately 90 days after your stay ends, for security and dispute resolution, then deleted or de-identified.

- Website analytics data: according to our analytics provider’s default (approximately 14 months).
- Contact-form messages: only as long as needed to handle your inquiry.

- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (where we’re not legally required to keep it)
- Opt out of text messages (reply STOP) and marketing
To make a request, contact us through our contact page (airlynkparking.com/contact-us) or by phone at (904) 232-8350. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we’ll respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we work with payment and technology providers that maintain their own security and compliance standards (including PCI-DSS for payments). No system is 100% secure, but we take protecting your data seriously.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
